Tie Down Engineering wanted to rebuild their site to have a fresh online presence that better represents their branding persona and integrate a PIM and ERP System with the new site. Part of this project consisted of strategizing on how the Tie Down's Maxilator brand plays into it, and therefore, branding was on the table as well.
Solution
Spindustry conducted an immersive two-day session at Tie Down, deeply engaging with their business processes, interviewing key stakeholders, and gathering crucial details for website integration. Armed with insights into Tie Down's pain points and wish list of functionalities, we crafted a tailored system designed specifically for their unique business.
The resulting product effectively resolves these issues and seamlessly incorporates them into Tie Down's new online platform. Despite distinct business segments, the site provides users with a unified view of Tie Down's extensive offerings, ensuring a comprehensive browsing experience for buyers.
