Spindustry is heading to SHRM 2026 in Orlando, and we’re excited to share that our Director of SharePoint Services, Jarrod Edge, will be leading a breakout session focused on practical applications of AI in HR.
In his session, “Practical AI for HR: Real World Examples in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint,” Jarrod will walk through how HR teams can start using Microsoft 365 Copilot within the tools they already rely on every day, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Rather than focusing on theory, this session is built around real examples that show what to ask, how to ask it, and how AI can support everyday HR workflows.
Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how to use AI to save time, improve communication, and work more efficiently with existing HR content. The session will also address a key concern for many organizations: how to use AI responsibly while protecting sensitive employee data. Jarrod will cover practical prompting techniques, along with guidance on maintaining trust and security when adopting AI tools.
