Challenge
Spindustry had worked with Crossroads of Western Iowa for many years. In the last few years Crossroads, now Trivium, needed additional marketing leadership and support. In addition, Crossroads needed to merge its services with those of two other companies to form a new, stronger organization.
Solution
Spindustry now serves in a “virtual marketing director” role for Trivium. Spindustry worked with the leadership team to brainstorm and then land on the new Trivium name and brand. A branding guide, messaging guide, new website and many other materials have been created. Trivium is now in multiple states, providing a wider range of services and positioned for growth.
