Crossroads of Western Iowa is a resource to the public, providing employment opportunities and teaching life skills to persons with disabilities for over 40 years.
Crossroads of Western Iowa must communicate frequently and consistently to a very broad, diverse audience.
Spindustry helps Crossroads of Western Iowa (CWI) achieve its mission of supporting persons with disabilities by opening lines of communication with its many audiences. Spindustry and CWI have worked together to define each audience group, including their values, needs, challenges and goals. Using that information and CWI’s mission, Spindustry has created messaging to speak directly to each audience.
A new Field Message Guide has been provided to staff. All printed and digital materials are being updated to align to the new messaging and to ensure a consistent look and feel is applied to all assets, including new brochures and a responsive website. Additionally, Spindustry provides social media coaching and performance review with the CWI marketing team to evaluate communication opportunities.
