Herschel has been providing quality tractor accessories and parts, cutting parts, tillage parts and farm supplies for 125 years. As a leading provider these agricultural parts, Herschel has built a reputation for quality parts and quality service.

Herschel needed a new web ecosystem to support their Herschel Parts and CT Farm sites. For HerschelParts.com, the goal was to provide a better user experience for the dealers, by providing enhanced search functionality and a more robust dealer locator feature. The dealer dashboard provides more streamlined information, in an easy-to-view and manageable system. Ultimately, Herschel wanted dealers to be able to more easily find products and view applicable information via a role-based login. Spindustry Digital had to both develop custom functionality and integrate with third party tools to give visitors all necessary information.

The dealer locator feature is an important function of the site that needed to be revamped with the new site. Providing better search capability and more useful resulting information, with the option to click for more details, was a top priority. Additional product search options were created, like the make and model search to allow visitors to narrow down product options quickly.

Herschel also needed more control over managing site content, images and promotions. Spindustry’s customer content management system gave the Herschel team all the control and flexibility they need to manage the site. In addition to giving the website a fresh, clean design, an important component of the redesign was to ensure the layout met search engine optimization best practices.
