The Missouri Hospital Association is a non-profit association that represents and advocates its members, offers continuing education programs to hospitals and staff, as well as educates the public, media, and legislative representatives on health care issues.
Challenge
The Missouri Hospital Association (MHA) looked to their web partner Spindustry to give their website a fresh look and feel. MHA also wanted to reorganize the site navigation to make information easier to find. Spindustry was able to leverage their knowledge of how the original site was built and provide key recommendations on reorganization.
Solution
The MHA site has extensive information available to hospital staff. Spindustry created bread crumb trails to allow users to get back to previous information as needed. Spindustry also built a resources section that contains quick links to the most accessed information on the site. Additionally, members who login are able to mark specific pages as favorites and gain access to member only information.
Results
The association members love the new website – they’re able to drill in to the information they’re looking for and utilize the resource quick links for information they depend on. The MHA staff is also able to more efficiently manage their site information via easy-to-use content management tools.
