Community Housing Initiatives is a non-profit organization designed to help families who are transitioning from dependency on public assistance programs to find new and affordable housing.
Challenge
Community Housing Initiatives (CHI) wanted to more easily match vacant homes or available apartments with potential residents. CHI needed a place to quickly and easily update the available properties and provide critical information the potential resident would need to know.
Solution
An easy to use content management system that allowed CHI to update site content and available properties was key. Spindustry provided guidance regarding layout of the available apartments or homes section, segmenting key information and creating a photo album of property images.
Results
CHI has streamlined the process of connecting potential residents with available properties. A higher number of homes have been turned over to new residents. CHI is also able to share additional information regarding resident events and support services.
