US Farm Lease is a public auction site that helps landowners match available properties to farm operators.
Challenge
US Farm Lease's goal was to aid landowners in finding operators to lease their land via the Internet. Operators would need to be able to search available properties and place a bid.
Solution
Spindustry created an online matching network for landowners and operators. A dashboard profile is created based on user type that allows users to track properties and bid history. A detailed property search was built as well as links to Google maps so that bidders could view the location of the property.
Results
US Farm Lease has facilitated many discussions and leasing opportunities between landowners and operators.
